Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 9, 2026 · Applies to the funwithlearning.net website
The short version
- This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- There are no accounts, comments or sign-ups on this site. The only form is the grown-ups-directed contact form.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits, only after you say yes on the cookie banner. If you say no (or say nothing), no analytics cookies are set.
- The Fun With Learning app has its own privacy policy, linked below.
Children's privacy
Our website may be visited by children from anywhere in the world, and we treat it that way. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age of consent where you live). The site has no chat, no comments and no sign-ups. Our contact form is directed at parents, educators and partners, is labeled as for grown-ups, and asks children not to use it. Analytics is off by default and only enabled by an explicit choice on the consent banner; we do not use advertising cookies or sell data — anyone's, ever. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The contact form
If you (a grown-up) use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We use them for exactly one thing: reading and replying to your message. They are not added to any marketing list, not shared with anyone else, and deleted when no longer needed to handle your inquiry.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. This sets cookies and collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) under Google's privacy policy. We configure analytics with Google Consent Mode: until you choose "Allow analytics" on our banner, analytics storage is denied. You can change your mind any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer, and you can opt out of Google Analytics everywhere with the browser opt-out add-on.
Strictly necessary storage: your cookie choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage so we don't ask on every visit. That's it.
Links to other sites
We link to the App Store, Google Play, our social channels, and child-safety resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
The mobile app
The Fun With Learning for Kids app is governed by its own privacy policy: read the app privacy policy.
Changes & contact
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Questions or requests: email admin@projectthunder.com or message @funwithlearning_kids.
