Delete a profile and its data

Fun With Learning for Kids app, by ProjectThunder.com, Inc.

The Fun With Learning app has no logins or passwords. Each child plays under a profile: a display name, the character they dressed up, and their score and coins. You can delete a profile yourself in the app at any time, or ask us to do it for you.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Fun With Learning and tap the character button in the top-right corner of the home screen (or open the menu and choose My Profile).
2. Tap Delete next to the profile you want to remove.
3. Answer the grown-up check, then confirm.

The profile is deleted from our server straight away, and its progress, coins and outfits are cleared from the device.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app installed, email admin@projectthunder.com with the subject “Delete my Fun With Learning profile” and the profile's display name. We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: the profile's display name, character outfit, score, and the random ID the app created for the device the profile was made on.
• Kept: nothing that identifies the child. Crash reports the app sends when something goes wrong contain no names and no profile details, and our crash-reporting provider removes them automatically after its standard retention period.
